The A3 Story
A3 was founded by Andrew Cattell and Amanda Preston, inspired by the small-town values of West Marin where they grew up. Those roots shaped a belief that strong communities—and strong organizations—are built on trust, collaboration, and the ability to focus on what matters most.
At A3, our work is guided by these principles:
- Organizations thrive when leaders can focus their energy on what they do best.
- Every team has unique strengths and areas where outside support can unlock new potential.
- Authentic, transparent relationships create the foundation for sustainable growth.
- Collaboration turns individual efforts into lasting community impact.
These lessons drive our commitment to helping nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and grassroots groups strengthen their capacity, grow their impact, and achieve their vision for change.
